This five piece contemporary Folk Rock band

will entertain and amuse you. Influences from the

likes of Lindisfarne, Bonzo Dog Doo Dah band and Fairport Convention come together with a foot tapping and heart string pulling combination that must be seen to be believed.

The Soundcrew are the CFBC " resident band " which is an open ended group of musical team members that has evolved from the old Beatroot Boys and is currently made up of Steve Ridley lead guitar and vocals, Johnny Nichols lead guitar and vocals and Ted Muir rhythm guitar and vocals supplemented from time to time by Mike France on bass and vocals, all of whom have been club " sound engineers " in the past ... there may well be others who come and go, but like the Eagles hit of many years ago, you can check out anytime you like... but you can never leave !
